Grow your skills by going outside your comfort zone or refine your craft in our Sculptural Hand Building class! From figure sculpting, to abstract, to functional slump molding and coil building, no style of clay sculpting is off limits at Sarasota Clay Company. Learn the art of shaping clay into beautiful works of art guided by our experienced instructors. No prior experience required, just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! All classes include 4 sessions, each of which are 3 hours, for a cost of $275.00. An additional student lab fee of $53.00 plus tax covers 25 lbs. of clay as well as access to all studio glazes, and both bisque and glaze firings. Current enrolled students may work during ‘open studio’ hours for $10.00 per hour. ** A 3% Card Convenience Fee has been added to the total cost of the 4 week package.
