Service Description

Saturdays are communal clay days at Sarasota Clay Company! Come join us at our bustling studio for a day of making alongside artists of all skill levels. Each week, we offer a different hand building project where participants will create various works of functional and sculptural art ranging from little monster soap dishes to tic-tac-toe game boards. You can follow along with the workshop, or do your own thing with the help of our skilled instructors. Leave your masterpiece with us for one week to be bisque fired, and then come back and glaze/paint it Saturdays from 11am-12pm. for an additional $25, or take it home and paint it yourself for no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Classes are broken into 2 separate sessions: making and glazing. Glazing is a ONE HOUR session, which is now included in over all price. Glazing takes place on Saturdays from 10am-1pm. If this time slot does not work for you, give us a call. Pieces must be picked up or glazed within 60 days of original make date, and will be donated or disposed of if not gotten within the 60 day time frame. Your finished glazed piece will be ready to pick up a week from the date you glazed. Prices and rates are subject to change; for additional info, give us a call!
