How to Purchase a Gift Certificate​

 

Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount.

 

To purchase a gift certificate, contact us by phone, email, or stop by the studio.

 

Gift certificates are handwritten and personalized with the recipient's name and the dollar amount purchased.

 

 

How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate​

 

Gift certificates can be used toward eligible purchases at Sarasota Clay Company, including pottery classes, workshops, supplies, and other studio purchases.

 

To redeem a gift certificate toward a class or workshop, simply contact us to register. Let us know that you have a gift certificate and provide the recipient's name and certificate information so we can verify the balance.

 

If you are using a gift certificate toward a class, please contacts us confirm availability and reserve your spot.

 

 

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

 

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is noted on the gift certificate.

 

Gift certificates are issued for a specific dollar amount. The dollar value of a gift certificate remains the same throughout its validity period.

 

Gift Certificates are not tied to a specific class, workshop, service, or class price. Class, workshop, and other studio prices are subject to change.

 

Purchasing a gift certificate does not lock in the price of a class or workshop at the price in effect on the date the certificate was purchased.

 

If the purchase price is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance may be used toward another eligible purchase, subject to our gift certificate terms.

 

Gift certificates:

• Are redeemable for their stated dollar value only.

• May be applied toward the current price of eligible classes, workshops, supplies, or other purchases.

• Are not redeemable for cash.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

• Cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.

• Must be presented or otherwise verified when redeemed.

• Are subject to the current pricing and policies in effect at the time of redemption.

 

 

Class Reservations

 

A gift certificate does not guarantee a spot in a particular class.

 

Class registration is subject to availability, and a spot is not reserved until the recipient has registered for the class.

 

If you purchase a gift certificate with a particular class in mind, we recommend checking the current class schedule and availability when the recipient is ready to redeem it.
